Abstract

Every year, towns and municipalities cope with leaves fallen down, which must be cleaned up, collected and composted. The fallen leaves could be used for energy production. The review deals with the production of briquettes from fallen leaves and combustion of the briquettes to gain heat and a tolerable amount of emissions.
